Children’s Clothing Donations needed

Mason Crest is in need of donations of boy and girl pants sizes 6-12, in addition to boys underwear. Elastic waisted pants are preferable such as stretch pants for girls and athletic or sweatpants for boys. Any donations can be dropped off at the front office.

Swap Meet and Craft Bazaar THIS SATURDAY!

Don’t forget to shop at the Swap Meet and Craft Bazzar at school this Saturday, October 17th, from 9am-12pm! Right now we are still planning to set up in the parking lot, but will move inside if  it rains or if its too cold.

We now have over 30 families/vendors participating! There are going to be so many great things for sale! Some of the items are listed below:

SIGN UP TO BE A VENDOR AT THE PTO SWAP MEET AND CRAFT BAZAAR

OCTOBER 3, 2015 – 9:00 am -12:00 pm (set up will begin at 7:30)

ALL PROFITS FROM YOUR SALES ARE YOURS TO KEEP! Proceeds from vendor spot sales help fund Mason Crest PTO.

$15 (PTO Members)/$20 (non-members) includes a vendor spot and table for selling goods. Cash or checks can be dropped off or sent into the front office. Please note Swap Meet in memo area of any checks and include a separate note of what you plan to sell.

Items to sell, include but are not limited to:

  • Craft items
  • Gently used clothing and house goods
  • Home-based businesses
  • Mary Kay, Stella and Dot, Scentsy, etc… (one spot per company)

Outside vendors (friends and family) are welcome to sell as long as they are invited/sponsored by a Mason Crest family.

SPOTS ARE LIMITED! RESERVE YOURS TODAY!

Spot size will be approximately the size of a parking spot. If you need additional room, please reserve and pay for two.
