The Mason Crest PTO Hospitality Committee plans and coordinates staff appreciation events, such as breakfasts and luncheons, at special times throughout the year. This committee also coordinates the Staff Appreciation Week celebration in May. The goal of the Hospitality Committee is to make sure that the Mason Crest Elementary teachers, administrators, and staff know they are appreciated.
Volunteers are currently needed to cook, bake, and assist with entertaining planning. We also need volunteers to buy or bake items and volunteers to make phone calls to ask other parents to contribute. The time commitment required depends on the activity planned, but in most cases only a few hours of time are needed to plan refreshments and assist with event setup. The Hospitality Committee is a great opportunity for you to meet new people and stay involved in school activities.
